Microsoft Teams Integration

Connect Microsoft Teams to PepoSmart to automatically create Teams meetings for your scheduled appointments.

Prerequisites

• A PepoSmart account
• A Microsoft 365 account with Teams access
• Permission to authorize third-party apps

Connecting Microsoft Teams

Step 1: Navigate to Integrations

1. Log in to your PepoSmart account
2. Click Integrations in the sidebar
3. Find the Microsoft Teams card

Step 2: Authorize Access

1. Click Connect
2. Sign in to your Microsoft account
3. Review and accept the permissions
4. You'll be redirected back to PepoSmart

Using Microsoft Teams

1. Create or edit an event
2. Select Microsoft Teams as the location
3. Save the event
4. When someone books, a Teams meeting link is automatically generated

Disconnecting Microsoft Teams

1. Go to Integrations
2. Click Disconnect on the Microsoft Teams card

To revoke access completely:

1. Visit Microsoft Account App Permissions
2. Find PepoSmart and remove access
