Google Meet Integration

Connect Google Meet to PepoSmart to automatically create video meeting links for your scheduled appointments.

Prerequisites

  • A PepoSmart account
  • A Google account with access to Google Meet
  • Google Calendar connected (recommended for best experience)

Connecting Google Meet

Step 1: Navigate to Integrations

  1. Log in to your PepoSmart account
  2. Click Integrations in the sidebar
  3. Find the Google Meet card

Step 2: Authorize Access

  1. Click Connect
  2. Sign in to your Google account
  3. Review and accept the permissions
  4. You'll be redirected back to PepoSmart

Tip

Connecting Google Calendar automatically enables Google Meet. You may not need to connect them separately.

Using Google Meet

  1. Create or edit an event
  2. Select Google Meet as the location
  3. Save the event
  4. When someone books, a Meet link is automatically generated

Disconnecting Google Meet

  1. Go to Integrations
  2. Click Disconnect on the Google Meet card

To revoke access completely:

  1. Visit Google Account Permissions
  2. Find PepoSmart and remove access

Note

Disconnecting Google Meet may also disconnect Google Calendar if they share the same authorization.
