Connection Issues
Cannot Connect Integration
Symptoms: Error message when trying to connect Zoom, Google, or Microsoft.
Solutions:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
- Disable browser extensions temporarily
- Ensure pop-ups are allowed for peposmart.com
- Check that you're signing into the correct account
- Verify your account has permission to authorize third-party apps
Integration Shows Disconnected
Symptoms: An integration that was working now shows as disconnected.
Solutions:
- The authorization may have expired - reconnect the integration
- You may have revoked access from the provider's settings - reconnect
- Your account password may have changed - reconnect with new credentials
Booking Issues
No Available Time Slots
Symptoms: Invitees see no available times when trying to book.
Solutions:
- Check your availability settings in Availability
- Verify you have working hours set for the relevant days
- Check for date overrides that might block availability
- If using calendar integration, check that your calendar isn't showing as fully booked
- Verify the event's booking window hasn't expired (minimum/maximum notice settings)
Meeting Link Not Generated
Symptoms: Booking confirmed but no Zoom/Meet/Teams link in confirmation.
Solutions:
- Verify the video integration is connected in Integrations
- Check that the event has the correct video platform selected as location
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration
- Check that your video conferencing account is active
Double Bookings Occurring
Symptoms: Multiple bookings at the same time despite calendar integration.
Solutions:
- Verify calendar integration is connected
- Check that you've selected the correct calendars to check for conflicts
- Ensure calendar events are visible (not in a hidden or declined state)
- Add buffer time between meetings in your availability settings
Calendar Issues
Bookings Not Appearing on Calendar
Symptoms: Confirmed bookings don't show up in Google/Outlook Calendar.
Solutions:
- Verify calendar integration is connected
- Check which calendar is set as the destination for new events
- Refresh your calendar or wait a few minutes for sync
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting the calendar integration
Calendar Events Not Deleted on Cancellation
Symptoms: Cancelled bookings remain on your calendar.
Solutions:
- The calendar integration may have disconnected - check and reconnect
- Manually delete the calendar event
- Future cancellations should work after reconnecting
Video Meeting Issues
Zoom Meeting Not Created
Solutions:
- Verify Zoom is connected in Integrations
- Check that the event uses Zoom as the location
- Ensure your Zoom account is active and not suspended
- Try reconnecting the Zoom integration
Zoom Meeting Not Deleted on Cancel
Solutions:
- The Zoom connection may have been lost before cancellation
- Manually delete the meeting from your Zoom account
- Reconnect Zoom to fix future cancellations
Google Meet Link Invalid
Solutions:
- The Meet link is tied to a Google Calendar event
- Verify Google Calendar is still connected
- Check that the calendar event exists
Email Issues
Confirmation Emails Not Received
Solutions:
- Check spam/junk folders
- Add noreply@peposmart.com to your contacts
- Verify the email address is correct in the booking
- Check if your email provider is blocking the emails
Reminder Emails Not Sent
Solutions:
- Check your event settings for reminder configuration
- Verify reminders are enabled
- Check spam folders
Account Issues
Cannot Log In
Solutions:
- Use the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password
- Check that you're using the correct email address
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser
Account Settings Not Saving
Solutions:
- Refresh the page and try again
- Check your internet connection
- Try a different browser
- Clear browser cache
