Adding the App
This guide walks you through the process of setting up PepoSmart and connecting your integrations. Follow these steps to get started with scheduling.
Step 1: Create Your Account
- Visit app.peposmart.com/sign-up
- Enter your email address and create a password, or sign up with Google
- Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox
- Complete your profile by adding your name and timezone
Step 2: Set Up Your Availability
- Navigate to Availability in the left sidebar
- Set your working hours for each day of the week
- Add any date-specific overrides for holidays or special schedules
- Configure buffer times between meetings if needed
Step 3: Connect Your Calendar
Connect your calendar to prevent double-bookings and keep your schedule synchronized.
- Go to Integrations in the left sidebar
- Click Connect next to Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar
- Sign in with your calendar account and grant the required permissions
- Select which calendars to check for conflicts
Tip
We recommend connecting your calendar first before adding video conferencing to ensure all bookings are properly synced.
Step 4: Connect Video Conferencing
Add Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams to automatically create meeting links for your bookings.
- Go to Integrations
- Click Connect next to your preferred video platform
- Authorize PepoSmart to create meetings on your behalf
- The integration will appear as "Connected" when successful

Step 5: Create Your First Event
- Navigate to Events in the left sidebar
- Click Create Event
- Enter the event name, duration, and description
- Choose your location (video conferencing, phone, or in-person)
- Configure any custom questions for invitees
- Save and publish your event
Step 6: Share Your Booking Link
- Copy your unique booking page URL from the Events page
- Share it via email, your website, or social media
- Invitees can now book time with you directly
